In a fast-moving world, it’s easy for the nervous system to live in constant activation.
Over time, the body adapts. It braces. It pushes through. It stays alert. These adaptations are intelligent, but they can become chronic anxiety, tension, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection.
Your body has been protecting you for a long time.
Healing begins when we slow down enough to listen.
In our work together, we create a steady, attuned space where your nervous system can soften. Where your body no longer has to fight, flee, freeze, or collapse, and can rediscover regulation, resilience, and ease.
Dynamic Balance Bodywork is an integrative approach that weaves together body-oriented modalities, including Polarity Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Massage Therapy. This work deepens your understanding of the body–mind relationship, especially as it expresses itself through symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and chronic tension.
In our sessions, we explore a range of body-centered tools, gentle exercises, and hands-on techniques designed to help you feel more present, grounded, and at ease in your own system.
While I no longer offer traditional Swedish massage, I draw on my massage therapy training to thoughtfully address areas of physical tension and energetic holding.
My intention is to help you learn to listen to your body to recognize and respond to the messages it is sending so you can move through life with greater awareness, resilience, and a felt sense of partnership with your body as an ally.
