Holding Steady: Boundary Workshop for Therapists

Boundary Workshop for Therapists

This workshop is exclusively for health and wellness professionals who must be present to difficult stories of trauma and abuse in service of their clients. Being able to do this effectively can mean the difference between a long vital career or one that taxes your health and well being.

In this workshop you will learn and experience the felt sense in the body of what it means to have a clear boundary, resist co-dependence, feel when transgressions are happening and how best to negotiate new understandings and deep integrity. You will leave with practical tools and clearer ways of managing your clients and your business.

Claiming Fire: Anger Intensive for Women

Anger is a powerful and empowering emotion, one that many women feel an aversion to or a mistrust of.  The element of Fire informs and supports Anger and the exploration of both will give you a new way to relate and be seen in your relationships and life.
In this day long intensive we will explore the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual element of Fire and Anger.

Experiences will include movement, mediation, writing and sharing. Each Intensive is limited to 6 women and will be an opportunity to be mirrored and supported without judgment or shame.
